Every time that I have stayed at this Hampton Inn, it has been a superior experience for me. The room is always clean and smells amazing when I walk in and the staff is amazing as well. Anytime that I have to stay in the Newburgh area, I will definitely stay with you.

I tried to make my pillows comfortable on the bed and a dead bug slid out from inside the pillow case. I was so disgusted. I left the dead bug on the bathroom counter. If you change pillows how is there a dead bug? It was a stink bug. Gross. I could hear the highway at night and couldn’t sleep. At breakfast they have a room to get your food, but the coffee is in the hallway. Stupid. My father is 86 years old and he has to walk to the hallway to get coffee. The Hyatt at Mohegan has 2 spots for coffee. Inside at breakfast and outside for later on. So disappointed. And $200 Saturday for 2 queen beds. Not worth it.

A great stay at another Hampton Inn. We were traveling for a birthday weekend trip to the Catskill Mountains and surrounding areas. Hotel was clean, quiet and conveniently located to shopping and good restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. Coffee was hot and there was a nice variety of teas as well as creamers. Seating for breakfast was spacious and offered various options. We had some concerns during our stay which were taking care of very satisfactorily by the general manager. The customer service we received and the way we were acknowledged exceeded our expectations. We happily remain satisfied guests and will choose Hampton Inns and other Hilton properties for our future travels.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while passing through the area. As you can see from the attached pictures, the inside of the door to our room had something splashed all over it. It seemed to be some sort of perfume, since the entire room reeked like a bordello. We had to open the door, put the fan on high, and try to scrub the tacky substance off of the door because the smell was nauseating. Also, as you can see, sheets were carelessly put on inside out, the new Hampton shower dispensers were left unfilled, and the coffee ran out before 9 am without anyone making a serious attempt to replenish it. Definitely not up to Hampton standards.

Clean, updated hotel. Extremely convenient to Stewart International Airport. Room was a reasonable rate. Early breakfast serving and a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast included standard Hampton Inn fare.
